Terms and conditions:
 
1.     Memberships
A.    Eligibility: 
   i.  The persons of Karnataka State origin working as a Gazetted officer in State Government/Central Government (Group A and Group B) in any department 
       and attained the age of 18 Years are eligible to become member
  ii.  Public Sector Undertakings/Government recognized institution of same grade (Group A and Group B Gazetted ) 
  iii. In case, the application is rejected for the reasons whatsoever by the Executive Committee, the same shall be communicated to the applicant within
       30 days of rejection of the application.
  iv.  The application for the Life Member / Patron / Chief Patron/ordinary member is accepted by MVGOWA, the Life Member / Patron / Chief Patron 
       exemption from Annual Fee.
 
B.   Termination of Membership: The membership cease to exist due to the following reasons:
   i.  Upon the death of the member. 
  ii.  Upon the resignation of the member.
 iii.  The Executive Committee may remove from the membership if the member is declared mad or adjudged insolvent or found guilty of an offence involving 
       moral turpitude punishable under law of the land. 
  iv.  If the Executive Committee decides to remove from the membership as it feels the continuation of the membership in the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted 
       Officer’s Welfare Association is detrimental to the interests of the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officer’s Welfare Association. 
  v.   The Executive Committee shall issue a notice to the member by giving at least 15 days time to reply before taking the decision to remove the member
       from the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officer’s Welfare Association.
 vi.   If the membership is terminated for the reasons whatsoever, the Membership Fee and Annual Fee shall not be returned.
vii.   The decision of the Executive Committee of removal of the member from the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officer’s Welfare Association shall be ratified 
       by the subsequent General Body of the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officer’s Welfare Association. 
viii.  The member who has been removed from the membership of the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officer’s Welfare Association may appeal to the General Body
       within One (1) Year from the date of removal.
ix.    The decision of the General Body is final and binding upon both the member and the Executive Committee.
 
C.    Non gazetted and community users : Any one of our community peoples , organizations, commercial establishments can enroll in Maharshi Valmiki 
      Gazetted Officers Welfare Association as a community user for information and guidance ;Educational information  ,Government orders , Government
      schemes ,carrier information, facilities for other information. But they don’t have any inter connection with Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officer’s 
      Welfare Association
D.    Users should:
       •	Indian Nationals & Citizens.
       •	Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).
       •	Non Resident Indians (NRI).
       •	Persons of Indian Descent or Indian Heritage
       •	Nayaka community and its Synonyms 
       •	If you are a resident of any other Country, you are legally competent to as per the local rules applicable to your country and you shall
       comply with the Indian laws.
E.    Applicability of the Karnataka Societies Act 1960: 
      The provisions of the Karnataka Societies Act 1960 shall apply to all matters not specifically mentioned in these presents.
 
F.  Application of the Income Tax Act 1961:
      All clauses herein are intended to secure exemption from Income Tax on the income of contributions and donations to the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted 
      Officer’s  Welfare Association and any clause or portion of this Memorandum which is inconsistent with or repugnant to the sections of the Income
      Tax Act, 1961 as amended, substituted or modified from time to time, shall be deemed to be deleted or modified with effect from the date on which
      the sections to which the clause or part of a clause is repugnant or inconsistent comes into force. 
 
G. Indemnity:
      The Executive Committee shall be indemnified for any act done by them in good faith in the course of the administration of the Maharshi Valmiki 
      Gazetted Officer’s Welfare Association
    
2. Registration
    A. We expect that you would complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty in furnishing true, accurate, current, complete 
        information and with providing recent photos of you which will help you to meet your parameters .We expect you to read the relevant column 
        before keying in the details or selecting the option available or uploading the photo and other necessary documents. You are requested not 
        to key in details of the other documents other than association objectives. In order to serve you better if  Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted 
        Officers Welfare Association (R) requires  additional details you agree to provide it and also assist you in getting your registered on
        our website
    B. If at any point of time Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association(R) comes to know has reasons to believe that any information 
        provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Maharshi Valmiki 
        Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted
        Officers Welfare Association (R) membership and forfeit any amount paid by you towards Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare
        Association (R) membership fee and refuse to provide Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) service to you thereafter.
    C. Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association(R) also reserves the right to block the registration of your membership  on Website/App, 
        if any, in the case of your contact details/links being entered in irrelevant fields or if there are errors in any data entered by the 
        Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) members in their membership .
    D. Registration of duplicate members of the same person is not allowed in Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) Website/App. 
        Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) such duplicate 
        membership .
    E. You acknowledge and confirm that your registration with Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) and the usage of Maharshi 
        Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) services is with the bonafide intention of community welfare and not otherwise. Maharshi 
        Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) Membership is restricted strictly to the registered Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers
        Welfare Association (R) individual member only. Gazetted officers( group A and Group B) and equivalent grade in other Government sectors of 
        equal grade ( Group A and Group B  Gazetted) only become a Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association ® , Other the all considered 
        as a community users .Community User can enroll in Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association ® and can use facility like 
        educational information and job notification etc.But they have any relation to the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association ® 
        and  use the Maharshi Valmiki  Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) Service or Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association(R)
        members data not  for any commercial purpose, and Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) reserves its right to initiate 
        appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation
 
3. Privacy of  policy
    To protect your privacy and understand our practices as amended from time to time  please read and follow our Privacy Policy which also governs 
    your visit to Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) the personal information / data provided to us by you during the 
    membership of Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) will be treated as confidential and in accordance with the Privacy policy
    and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to your information being transferred or used, please do not use the website.
 
 
4. Disputes between Members
    A. Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) Members are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with 
       prospects or vice versa.  Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for 
       any monetary transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information(s) etc. between any Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers
       Welfare Association (R)  members inter se via e-mail, chat, interaction, Whatsapp or any other medium of communication between Maharshi
       Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) members either using website /App  or otherwise.
    B. Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the Maharshi Valmiki 
       Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) members, and Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) shall not be party to any 
       such  dispute/litigation etc.


5. Content Right
    A. You agree that all content of Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) excluding your content on the Website/App for which 
       Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) has requisite license/right in terms hereof to display the same on our Website/App.
    B. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible and liable for the content (mandatory or optional content you provided on our website) and 
       information including the membership  details, photograph and other content(s) keyed in the relevant field of the Website/App at the time of 
       the creation of the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) membership  or subsequently modified by you and also for all the 
       post and communication (including personalized messages sent by Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R)) with other member(s).
    C. Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) reserves the right to proceed/initiate appropriate steps under the prevailing law
       against infringement by violators of the its proprietary rights or for illegally copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, distributing, 
       performing,displaying, or selling of any such proprietary information including using it for commercial purpose in any manner whatsoever.

6.  Termination
    A. We/ Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) in good faith reserve our right to terminate your Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted 
    Officers Welfare Association (R) membership or suspend/delete your membership  at our sole discretion without any notice to you and take any 
    action as mentioned in clause 2 (b) of the Terms and Conditions, in case you
        •	seek physical / financial favors from our other registered members or
        •	have provided incorrect information on our website/App or
        •	have committed any fraudulent/ unlawful/ illegal activities through the use of our website/App or
        •	have violated this Terms and conditions or
        •	have misappropriated the name, likeness, email address, contact no or other personally identifiable information of another Maharshi 
            Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) member created a membership  on our website /App by impersonation/ fake/ bogus/ 
            false/ misrepresentation/  without consent of the person who’s membership  is being registered or use only part information including 
            using photo of third parties without the permission of such third parties or act with other members/employees in indecent/improper 
            manner,

7. Mode of Payment
    A. Payment made by cash / cheque / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card/ Paypal/ RTGS/ NEFT/ would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI
        guidelines. 
       Activation of paid Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) service shall be subject to realization of the said payment.
       In case of dishonor of Cheque/demand draft; you shall be liable to pay applicable bank’s cheque/DD bouncing charges. 

8. Refund Policy
    A. The payments made by any Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Welfare Association®  member by way of membership / renewal of membership subscription
       renewal are  treated as non-refundable
    B. Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Welfare Association®  member shall not assign or transfer your Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Welfare Association®  
       membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and Maharshi Valmiki 
       Gazetted Welfare Association®   shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.
    C. Member donation once made for Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Welfare Association®  services cannot be assigned to any person/party

9. Renewal
    A. We renew all  Memberships before the expiry of the term of the Membership. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic 
       feature.
    B. When you first subscribe for your Membership, you acknowledge that when your  Membership expires it will automatically renew for the
       duration and with the previous details .
    C. The maximum tenure of any membership will be 12 (Twelve) months. 
    D. If you do not want your  membership to automatically renew, you must cancel your membership. In case you have to mail for cancellation, 
       mail to  cancellation Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Welfare Association®.
 
10. Copyright Policy
    The information/material on this website is subject to copyright protection. The material which is meant for download purposes can be 
    downloaded without requiring specific permission. Any other proposed use of material is subject to the approval of the President /General 
    Secretary of Association/founder of this association. Application for obtaining such permission should be made the web administrator of this
    website.
 
11. Cookies:
    A cookie is a piece of software code that an internet web site sends to your browser when you access information at that site. This site does

activity of Nayaka Community. We help our users 
•	If a user appears to have entered false, incorrect information about their education, profession etc., mark such profiles as ‘Report Abuse’.
•	If a user asks for personal favors like , deposit of funds on their behalf, lend them some money etc., immediately cease any communication
    with the  user and do as advised above.
•	Representatives from  fake sites may reach out to you to get membership fees or for registering  or donation . Exercise caution and alert
    our office if and when this happens.
•	Beware of people who pretend to call from the Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R) asking for your user id’s and 
    passwords to login to your account. Please note that Maharshi Valmiki Gazetted Officers Welfare Association (R)  never asks you for user 
    password information either on phone or in person.
•	Never share your financial details like bank account number, online banking credentials, credit card details etc. and be wary of those who
